Use Mailbird with Todoist

Mailbird is a desktop email client for Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11.

With this integration, you can use Todoist inside Mailbird to stay on top of all your most important tasks and projects.

Setting up the integration

1. On the bottom left of Mailbird, click on the three dots icon.
2. Search for Todoist.
3. Click the checkbox to turn on the integration.

Can I add emails as tasks with this integration?

No. However, if you're on the Pro or Business plan, you can forward emails to Todoist.

I am having issues with this integration. What should I do?

How can I remove the integration?

If you no longer want to use Todoist with Mailbird, here's how to remove the integration:

1. On the bottom left of Mailbird, click on the three dots icon.
2. Search for Todoist.
3. Click the checkbox to turn off the integration.
