Mailbird is a desktop email client for Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11.
With this integration, you can use Todoist inside Mailbird to stay on top of all your most important tasks and projects.
Setting up the integration
- On the bottom left of Mailbird, click on the three dots icon.
- Search for Todoist.
- Click the checkbox to turn on the integration.
Using the integration
Either use Todoist in the Mailbird sidebar:

No. However, if you're on the Pro or Business plan, you can forward emails to Todoist.

If you no longer want to use Todoist with Mailbird, here's how to remove the integration:
- On the bottom left of Mailbird, click on the three dots icon.
- Search for Todoist.
- Click the checkbox to turn off the integration.
